Rosewood Residences Expand to Naples
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is set to develop 5.25 acres and nearly 500 feet of beachfront land for luxury residences in Naples, Florida. This will be the brand’s second standalone residential project in Florida, following the development of Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida. Heading up project development is the Naples-based Ronto Group. They have developed many Southwest Florida condominiums, including Omega, Eleven Eleven Central, and Quattro at Naples Square. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts partnered with the Ronto Group for the Rosewood Residences Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida (pictured above). The Naples and Lido Key developments will share a few similarities as they are situated on similar lots.
The new high-rise will be situated next to Lowdermilk Park on Gulf Shore Boulevard N. The Rosewood Residences Naples will be replacing the Mansion House, a cooperative that features eight two-story buildings built in 1963.
