It is no secret that Naples real estate is in demand. To meet this demand, developers have been rapidly announcing condominium developments that are more sleek and luxurious than ever before. Much of the growth is occurring in the Southeastern neighborhoods with a few small exceptions. This trend is ever apparent in our list as the majority of the developments are near Olde Naples and East Naples. Since Olde Naples is one of the country’s most sought-after neighborhoods, it is no surprise that developers are buying properties in the area and turning them into larger-scale residential projects.

Aura at Metropolitan Naples – Aura is bringing a more contemporary, big city feel to the Naples skyline.
