Exploring Pelican Bay — Mid-Rise Condos

Condominiums have always been a popular housing option in Naples, Florida due to the low maintenance ownership that comes hand-in-hand with ownership. Since condos are individually owned units within a larger community, there is a homeowners association (HOA) that manages the upkeep of shared common areas within the community. In Pelican Bay, each condo community has an individual HOA in addition to the Pelican Bay Foundation HOA.
While the architectural style of the buildings will be consistent throughout a given community, the types of housing may not be. There are three types of condos: low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise. In Pelican Bay, there are some communities that are mixed development meaning they could be any combination of single-family homes, villas, condos, and coach homes. Securing a mid-rise condo within Pelican Bay can be hard due to their scarcity. These condos will have four to eight floors so they are a popular choice for buyers that are not interested in high-rise living but still desire a view. Keep reading to learn more about the mid-rise condo communities and offerings within Pelican Bay.
