The Pointe was constructed in two phases and by two different builders: Phase 1 was mainly built in 1995 by the Jack Parker Corporation and is comprised of 42 residences; Phase II was built in 1999 by Signature Homes and offers 44 residences. It is popular opinion that Pointe I has superior construction. Views in Pointe I are mainly of lush, tropical landscaping. Square footage is generous in this community — ranging between 2,100 to just over 2,900 square feet of living space. Each condo has an attached two-car garage. Larger units have private elevators.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION
The Pointe is a low-rise condominium located in the northern end of Pelican Bay — only moments away from the Pelican Bay Community Center, Pelican Bay Community Park, and North Tram Station that will take you to the beach. The North end of Pelican Bay was built later than the South end, so ceilings tend to be higher and buildings are newer. The Pointe I is currently in the process of replacing all their roofs. There are no special assessments for this work.
HOA Dues: $2,910 per quarter (Pointe I); $2,392 per year (Pelican Bay)
Pet Policy: 1 pet per household; 50 pound maximum
Lease Policy: 1 time a year; 90 days minimum
LOCATION
Pointe I is located approximately half a mile from the North Tram Station and just over half a mile to the Pelican Bay Community Center. Easy access in/out to the Pointe via Vanderbilt Beach.
