Exploring Pelican Bay: Single-Family Homes

Pelican Bay, the crown jewel of North Naples, where convenience meets luxury. Nestled along two private, white sand beaches, this prestigious community is unlike any other in Southwest Florida. Stretching more than three square miles, Pelican Bay includes residential real estate as well as 88 acres of parks and recreation, designer shops, luxury hotels, restaurants, and more. Truly everything one could need can be found within the stretch of Pelican Bay.

The Naples development is highly sought-after for its luxurious, exclusive amenities for residents. The two private beaches, North and South Beach, rival the most exclusive beach clubs in America. Just a few amenities include private parking, beach fitness classes, sailboats, a full-service bar, and private beach-side restaurants. For added ease, the Pelican Bay Foundation employs beach attendants to set up lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and other beach equipment for members. Hassle-free living is the standard at Pelican Bay.

For those that prefer the land to the sand, Pelican Bay offers beautifully kept berms, boardwalks, sidewalks, and parks. From tennis and fishing to art classes and golf, there is something for every resident at Pelican Bay.

Pelican Bay is home to more than 6,500 luxury residences, including condos, villas, and single-family homes. For those that desire square footage, private pools, and increased privacy, look no further than the single-family estates located within 10 Pelican Bay neighborhoods. Keep reading to learn about each neighborhood.

1. Barrington

The single-family Barrington community has approximately 61 single-family homes on the northern end of Pelican Bay. Many of the homes have since been remodeled or replaced with new construction. Many of these homes back up to the private golf course at Club Pelican Bay.

2. Cambridge

One of the smallest neighborhoods in Pelican bay, Cambridge has just six single-family homes. Also on the northern end of Pelican Bay, this neighborhood backs up to lush tree lines and greenscapes. Since there are just six homesites, it can be difficult to secure a home in this neighborhood.

3. Georgetown

One of the few private, gated neighborhoods, Georgetown features 35 single-family homes. Situated on the southern end of Pelican Bay, Georgetown residents are near South Beach parking, tennis courts, and the Pelican Bay Foundation center. Most of the homes are situated on an acre — some of the biggest lots Pelican Bay has to offer. Homeowners enjoy lake views and golf course views of Club Pelican Bay.

4. Jamestown

Jamestown is conveniently located on the north end of the meticulously maintained Pelican Bay Blvd. Just one block from Tamiami Trail, this gated subdivision is steps from a grocery store, convenience store, café, restaurants, and more. It consists of only 10 homes, so it can be difficult to secure one of the sought-after homes. Jamestown offers views of Club Pelican Bay.

5. Oakmont

With 133 single-family homes, Oakmont is one of the largest neighborhoods in Pelican Bay. With homes situated along several small cul-de-sacs, the lots showcase beautiful landscaping and indigenous vegetation. A select number of homeowners enjoy magnificent lake views.

6. Pelican Bay Woods

On the southern end of Pelican Bay, homeowners are treated to generous lots and beautiful views of Club Pelican Bay. One of the big draws to this neighborhood is its proximity to Waterside Shops, Naples premier shopping destination for luxury goods. Click here to view our new construction estate listing.

7. Pinecrest

Just across the street from Georgetown, Pinecrest is situated on the southern end of Pelican Bay. Pinecrest is near Tamiami Trail and just a short bike ride from South Beach parking and tennis courts. Check out our beautiful new listing in Pinecrest located at 6602 Ridgewood Drive.

8. Pointe Verde

With just 13 estates, Pointe Verde is a luxurious, gated community. Each estate features views of the Club Pelican Bay golf course and lakes that many other neighborhoods do not offer.

9. The Village

With just 16 homesites, this neighborhood spans over two small streets. Most homes back up to lush green spaces; however, a lucky few have lake views. The Village is a quiet nook in Pelican Bay and is just a few blocks from one of the main entrances.

10. Waterford

Homes in this neighborhood either back up to a lake or another house. The homes that have lake views tend to be in higher demand. The large homes in this community are situated on beautiful cul-de-sacs with old trees and plenty of shade cover.
