St. Nicole is a high-rise condominium located in the southern end of Pelican Bay — only steps away from Artis-Naples, Waterside Shops, and Clam Pass. This building is one of the 21 high-rises backing up to the famous Pelican Bay boardwalk. St. Nicole is currently proposing improvements to their pool, spa, grilling area, the exterior of the building, and their sign. Approval has not been obtained yet. All renderings can be found here.

HOA Dues: $2,651 per quarter (St. Nicole); $2,396 per year (Pelican Bay)

Pet Policy: Owners (not tenants) may keep maximum of (2) dogs/cats, not to exceed (10) inches high at the shoulder, nor weigh more than (15) pounds each as adults. Owners may keep a maximum of (2) small caged birds. Owners may keep a reasonable number of fish in one aquarium no larger than 25 gallons.
